Ng1100 - Telescopic Monopod (L — 1046 mm) for Action Cameras
Technical Details:
Designed for mounting action cameras at a distance of up to 1046 mm from the installation point. The structure consists of a 1/4'' screw thread and a 2-to-3 mounting connector, fastened to a telescopic two-stage tube (adjustable in length from 460 to 1046 mm) by a spline joint. The tube is fastened to a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star using a 27.7° spline joint, including the 7.5° spline Dp230 adapter washers. A hex knob nut is provided to fix the position. The structure can be 360° rotated without the need to remove the accessory from the mount. The tube is made of anodized aluminum with a powder coating. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners (two M6 DIN 985 nuts, M6*50 and M5*30 DIN 931 bolts, an M6*35 DIN 963 screw and a spring) are made of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 and M5 DIN 934 brass nuts).

Product description:
- Is designed for mounting on the vessel of various types of action cameras. The maximum length of the monopod is 1 m. It will be helpful for capturing bright moments without being distracted from the most important thing — fishing or sailing.
- The feature of this product is a telescopic tube, which consists of three sections and allows for adjusting the distance between the camera and the installation point on the boat: from 46 cm to 1 m.
- The holder is equipped with two types of fastening: a 1/4'' screw thread and a 2-to-3 mounting connector, which is a mesh of three plastic posts (or “fingers” as some call them) with a screw through them to provide clamping force. This system is classic for many action cameras and can be chained so that you can install additional accessories.
- The design allows the most flexible adjustments of the fixed camera. First option is tilting and rotating the camera in relation to the monopod itself. Second one is adjusting the tilt angle of the monopod in relation to the adapter, fixed in the mount.
- Can be installed in any BORIKA FASTen® mounting system or mount, and using conversion adapters — in the mounting systems from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, etc.).
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, anodized powder coated aluminium, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
- Adding a Ng004 holder with an additional 2-to-3 connector to the assembly, the user gets the opportunity to fix the lighting, navigation lights or, if necessary, another action camera.
- The assembly can be supplemented with a SBa038 adapter, which has a ball-and-socket joint and allows the fixed accessory to be moved 360° over the 1.5" (38 mm) ball and fixed at the selected position.
- To minimize camera vibrations, the holder can be supplemented with Lg400 supporting struts, converting a monopod into a tripod. The struts create two additional support points and add stability to the structure, which is important for live streaming video on the move.
- The diameter of the monopod’s upper section allows you to attach the BORIKA FASTen® navigation flag.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
