Fs227 (T-Track adapter) - Compact track adapter mount with bottom T-Bolt
Technical Details:
Is designed for mounting accessories provided with adapters with male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star on boats and fishing kayaks equipped with a T-Track. The design comprises Ø 48 mm height 41 mm accessory mount and a universal T-bolt (45 x 25 x 12 mm), fastened below. The mount comprises a female adapter. To install accessories, switch the locking mechanism into the open position (by turning the mount counterclockwise), insert an adapter all the way into splines, and turn the mount clockwise. This will clamp 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. A hex wrench is included in the package to be used for mount installation. Fasteners (M6*16 DIN 912 screw, M6 DIN 9021 washer) are made of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Product description:
- Fs227 is used to install accessories on various T-Tracks of boats and fishing kayaks. It is a super-compact version of the Fs218 mount, compared to which it is 17 mm lower. The height plays a role in the installation on the T-Track, directed towards the interior space of the boat. Thanks to its compact size this mount takes up a minimum of space and can be used on any type of T-Track.
- Fs227 mount is designed for light and medium loads and is compatible with all BORIKA FASTen® accessories: a spinning rod holder, an action camera monopod, a fish finder plate, a drink holder, a table and much more. Provided that BORIKA FASTen® conversion adapters are used, accessories and devices from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles, etc.) can also be fixed into the mount.
- Fixing of the accessory is carried out on the ROLL & LOCK principle: the mount body turns counterclockwise, which moves the locking mechanism to the open position, then the adapter is pushed into the mount all the way in and the mount turns clockwise, clamping teeth of the accessory adapter.

Tips on using & installation:
- The mount should be installed on the T-Track using the hex wrench provided in the package: insert the T-bolt of the mount into the track, then move the mount to the required place and fix it motionlessly by tightening the nut located in the center of the body.
- It is impossible to move the installed mount without the hex wrench, that is why it is better to choose it for fixing some accessories, the position of which there is no need to change while fishing (spinning rod holders, rigging, etc.).
- However, when mounting the Fs227 on a T-Track, it’s better to avoid high dynamic loads: it is important to keep in mind that the reliability of the structure depends not only on the strength of the mount, but also on the strength of the track.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
