FMx225 - Mounting System for Installation of Accessories on the PVC Inflatable Boat Boltrope
Technical details:
Designed to mount accessories with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star on the PVC inflatable boat or belly boat boltrope. The assembly includes a mount with 27.7° side splines, an Mx system, a pair of Dp230 washers with 7.5° splines and an end plug fastened together with an M6*60 DIN 933 bolt and an M6 DIN 985 nut. The tilt position is fixed with a hex knob. The spline joint includes a spring for quick opening of the splines. Includes 5 mm thick adjustment pads made of molding PVC, complete with 3M VHB tape, which serve to adjust the grip on the inflatable cylinder. The mount comprises a female adapter. The adapter of the fixed accessory is inserted all the way into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (the mount is turned counterclockwise), then the mount is rotated clockwise, clamping 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 DIN 935 brass nut).

Product description:
- The FMx225, which consists of an accessory mount and an Mx mounting system, allows you to mount various accessories with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star on the boltrope (a mounting rope that is glued to the cylinder of PVC inflatables using two-component polyurethane adhesive).
- The mount is connected to the pad by a 27.7° tilt spline joint. It is equipped with adapter washers that allow you to adjust the tilt of the fixed accessory with 7.5° increments.
- With this mounting kit almost all BORIKA FASTen® accessories can be mounted on PVC inflatables, except those with increased loads.
- Fixing of the accessory is carried out on the ROLL & LOCK principle: the mount body turns counterclockwise, which moves the locking mechanism to the open position, then the adapter is pushed into the mount all the way in and the mount turns clockwise.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
- An important advantage of mounting on the boltrope is that you don't have to waste time on installation or wait for the adhesive to dry. The mount with the installed accessory can be easily dismantled without leaving marks on the surface of the vessel.
- In order to minimize the gap between the mounting pad and the inflatable cylinder, elastic pads equipped with 3M VHB tape, used to get a good grip on the inflatable cylinder, are included in the assembly.
- It is recommended to install the system on the half-inflated cylinder. After moving the mounting system to the location where it will be used, pump up the boat.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
