FMr125 - Mounting system for installation of accessories on Ø 22 / 25 mm tubes and rails
Technical Details:
The system is designed for mounting accessories provided with male adapters on Ø 22 and 25 mm tubes and rails. Consists of a Fs219 mount and a pad, the two parts of which are fastened together with four M6*30 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. To fix the pad on the rail immovably it is supplied with two M6*20 DIN 912 side screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The mount comprises a female adapter. Is attached to the pad with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The elastic liner is provided for mounting on Ø 22 mm rails. To install accessories, switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. This will clamp 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The mount has a protective plug. The kit also includes a hex wrench. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plug and the liner — of PVC. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for four M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).

- This mounting kit is designed for quick, easy and secure installation of a wide range of accessories on Ø 22 mm (when using the elastic liner) and 25 mm tubes and rails. Installation does not require tube drilling.
- Is reliable for mounting BORIKA FASTen® accessories: spinning rod holders, monopods, action camera holders, drink holders, pads for fish finder, anchor mounts and much more, as well as accessories and devices from other brands: SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles (by using conversion adapters presented in BORIKA FASTen® product line).
- Also helpful for attaching tubular structures to hard surfaces: for example, the steering rack to the floorboard of a PVC boat or the rail to the transom.
- Includes one Fs219 mount and a mounting pad, which consists of two elements fastened together at four points with four pairs of steel screws and brass nuts. By loosening them, the pad can be easily rotated around the axis and moved along the rail. The mount also has four fastening points to the pad. This provides additional strength under increased loads.
- Fixing is fast and simple: switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. You can rotate accessories in 30° increments.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
- Installation should be carried out in accordance with a step-by-step guide, supplied with each kit.
- For immovable fixation use two provided side screws, which prevent sliding and axial rotation of the mounting system.
- The elastic liner allows the system to be installed on tubes with a diameter of 22 mm and provides additional protection against dents on the rail when using the fixing side screws.
- The set also includes a hex wrench, which helps to unscrew the mount from the pad when installing accessories designed for installation under the Fs219 (such as towing rings, D-rings, etc.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
