FMb - Mounting system for installation of accessories on the hard deck or side
Technical Details:
The system is designed for mounting accessories provided with male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star on the hard deck or side of boats and fishing kayaks. Can be attached to aluminum, fiberglass, polyethylene or wood surfaces. Consists of a Fs219 mount and a round mounting pad. The mount comprises a female adapter. The mount and the mounting pad are connected with four 6,3*32 DIN 9200 self-tapping screws, which attach the system to the installation place. The diameter of the system is 63 mm. To install accessories, it is required to switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. This will clamp 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The design includes a protective plug. The kit also includes a hex wrench. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plug — of PVC. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

- Can be attached on 5+ mm thickness polyethylene surfaces, as far as 5+ mm wooden, 3+ mm aluminum and 4.5+ mm fiberglass surfaces.
- Installation is easy to do using the included step-by-step guide.
- For ease of installation, the package includes a hex wrench, suitable for the fasteners provided in it.
- Pay attention that the reliability of the mounting system depends not only on the mount and pad, but also on the strength of the mounting surface. For example, this should be taken into account when installing the system on polyethylene boats.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, it is recommended to rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
