FEx100 - Accessory mount in the assembly with plastic extender (L — 100 mm)
Technical Details:
Designed for fixing accessories at a distance of 100 mm from the installation place on the vessel. Includes a Ø 50 mm mount with side 27.7° splines, an Ex100 extender and an adapter. The extender is connected with the splines of the mount from one end, and with the splines of the adapter from the other end. Both joints fastened with M6*40 DIN 933 bolts and M6 DIN 934 nuts. There are two plastic knobs for fixating the tilt position. The design comprises both male (for installation on the vessel) and female (for fixing of accessories) adapters. The adapter of the fixed accessory is fully inserted into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (the body is turned counterclockwise), then the mount body turns clockwise, clamping 7 of the 12 teeth of the adapter. The main parts are made of fiberglass reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for two M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).

- The FEx100 extended mount is designed to secure accessories on board of the vessel providing their adjustments in height and tilt. Includes the 10 сm extender.
- The mount included in the assembly lets the user extend any accessories (even those which are not equipped with tilt spline joints). It is compatible with any BORIKA FASTen® accessories with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star. Using BORIKA FASTen® conversion adapters you can also install in it some accessories from SCOTTY®, RAM® , RAILBLAZA® , YakAttack® and carp fishing tackles.
- The mount with an extender has two tilt joints with 27.7° splines. You can easily adjust the required position of the device fixed in the mount.
- The male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star allows the structure to be fixed in any pre-installed mounting system.
- Fixing of the accessory in the mount is carried out according to the ROLL & LOCK principle: the mount body turns counterclockwise, which moves the retainer to the open position, after which the adapter is inserted into the mount all the way in and the mount turns clockwise.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, anodized aluminium, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
- The mount is convenient, for example, for setting up a table on a kayak or belly boat (float tube). The FEx100 also comes in handy for assembling a structure with an accessory without a tilt joint (for example, a drink holder) or with a 15° spline tilt joint (a flashlight holder or a holder for a smartphone case).
- If there is a need for more precise tilt adjustments, the assembly can be supplemented with 7.5° splines adapter washers Dp230 model.
- Pay attention that extended mounts are not recommended to use with accessories provided increased and dynamic loads.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
