BBr900 - Round rail for Belly Boats
Technical Details:
Designed for installing accessories on the belly boat (float tube). Consists of a Ø 32 mm tube, two adapters, Dp230 washers with 7.5° splines, an M6*45 DIN 912 screw and an M6 DIN 985 self-locking nut. The assembly includes three FMr132 systems and the Fs223 mount, attached to the pad at the end of the tube with the T-bolt. The elements of the FMr132 systems are connected by four M6*30 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts, each of the three Fs219 mounts is attached to the pad with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. For immovable fixation eight M6*16 DIN 912 screws with M6 DIN 934 nuts are provided. The package also includes fasteners (an M6*60 DIN 931 bolt, M6 DIN 985 and M6 DIN 934 nuts) and a hex wrench. The tube is made of anodized aluminum with powder coating, plastic parts — of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for seventeen M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).

Product description:
- This round rail has been designed for belly boats (float tubes), and can be fixed in two mounting systems pre-installed on the outer side of the inflatable cylinder, while neither the round rail nor the accessories fixed on it occupy the inner space of the vessel.
- Using the mounting systems included in the assembly (three FMr132 and the Fs223 mount equipped with a side T-bolt), at least four accessories can be attached to the BBr900 round rail. It allows for fixing any BORIKA FASTen® accessories, and using conversion adapters developed by BORIKA® designers, you can also install accessories and devices from other brands — SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, and carp fishing tackles.
- The diameter of the rail is 32 cm. So additional FMr132 mounting systems (with one mount) and FMr232 (with two mounts) can be installed on it. All the FMr systems can be moved along the tube and rotated around its axis by loosening the fasteners. The side screws for immovable fixation are included into the package.
- Fixing in FMr132 systems is simple: just move the mount retainer to the UNLOCK position, insert the accessory adapter all the way in and move the retainer to the LOCK position.
- Fixing in the Fs223 mount is carried out according to the ROLL & LOCK principle (just move the mount to the UNLOCK position by turning the mount retainer counterclockwise, insert the accessory adapter all the way in and turn the retainer clockwise).
- The assembly includes two male adapters, which can be moved along the rail allowing the user to adjust the distance between them in accordance to the distance between mounting systems installed on the boat.
- The round rail is made of anodized aluminum tube, which is covered with powder coating. This powder layer provides additional protection against rusting.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, anodized aluminium with powder coating, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
- The round rail of this model is convenient for attaching a spinning rod holder, a multifunctional table, a pad for fishfinder monitor, and in the Fs223 side mount — the sensor mount / transducer.
- For installation on the vessel two mounting systems are required. You can use FMp224 and FMp225 mounting systems (with the Fs219 mount) or Mp218 and Mp218 mounting pads with Fs218 mounts. Any of the above options should be glued on with a two-component polyurethane adhesive in accordance with the installation guide.
- On the rail you can install extra FMr132 mounting systems (with one mount) and FMr232 (with two mounts). This expands the possibilities of mounting accessories on the belly boat. For unscrewing Fs219 mounts and fastening under them gaskets with holes for hanging MOLLE pouches the hex wrench is provided in the package.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
