BBm002 - Strap mounting system with two accessory mounts
Technical Details:
Is designed for mounting accessories provided with male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star on inflatable PVC belly boats (float tubes). The kit includes two Fs219 mounts and a strap holding system. Strap length is 1.5 m, width — 35 mm. Each of the mounts is attached to a pair of strap holders and an end plug with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. There are 2 buckles 40 mm wide used for joining the ends of the strap. Both mounts comprise female adapters. To install accessories, switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. This will clamp 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plug — of PVC. Belt — of polyester fabric tape. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

- This mounting system is a perfect solution for belly boats (float tubes), the size of which allows a strap to wrap the inflatable tube. This is a good alternative to gluing with two-component polyurethane adhesive: the holding system on the coupling strap requires a minimum of time for installation and is easy to remove without leaving any marks on the PVC surface.
- The system includes two Fs219 mounts, suitable for fixing any BORIKA FASTen® accessories and, when using conversion adapters, accessories from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles, etc.). Is very convenient for fixing fish finder plate and transducer arm mount.
- Fixing is fast and simple: switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. You can rotate accessories in 30° increments.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, polyester textile tape, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Tips on using & installation:
- Installation is better to do on the half-inflated cylinder. Once the strap is fitted on the cylinder and the location for the mounting systems is selected the boat should be pumped to the required level.
- Suits for installation of a transducer arm mount and a fish finder plate.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
