BBm001 - Strap mounting system with one accessory mount
Technical Details:
The system is designed for mounting accessories provided with male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star on belly boats (float tubes). The system includes an Fs219 mount and a strap holding system. Strap length is 1.5 m, width — 35 mm. The mount, a pair of strap holders and a decorative cover that serves as an end plug are all connected with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. There are 2 buckles 40 mm wide used for joining and fixing the ends of the strap. The mount comprises a female adapter. The adapter of the fixed accessory is inserted all the way into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (UNLOCK), then the retainer is moved to the LOCK position, clamping 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plug — of PVC. Belt — of polyester textile tape. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

- This mounting system is a perfect solution for belly boats (float tubes), the size of which allows a strap to wrap the inflatable tube. This is a good alternative to gluing with two-component polyurethane adhesive: the holding system on the coupling strap requires a minimum of time for installation and is easy to remove without leaving any marks on the PVC surface.
- The system includes an Fs219 mount, suitable for fixing any BORIKA FASTen® accessories and, when using conversion adapters, accessories from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles, etc.). Is very convenient for fixing fish finder plates or transducer arm mounts.
- Fixing is fast and simple: switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. You can rotate accessories in 30° increments.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, polyester textile tape, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Tips on using & installation:
- Installation is better to do on the half-inflated cylinder. Once the strap is fitted on the cylinder and the location for the mounting systems is selected the boat should be pumped to the required level.
- Suits for installation of a transducer arm mount.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
