As222 - Reinforced Adapter with Double Side 27.7° Splines in the Assembly with Rigging Shackle
Technical details:
Designed to create structures with accessories equipped with side splines and requiring increased loads. The design consists of an adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star, which has on top 27.7° double-sided splines. The adapter is made as a one-piece molded product and reinforced with a stainless steel plate, it comprises a set of Dp230 adapter washers, an end cap washer, a shackle and an M6*60 DIN 933 bolt. The shackle allows for attaching ropes and carabiners. The plastic parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, fasteners are made of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

- This adapter is used to create structures that require increased dynamic loads, such as kits with extenders and anchor systems. Additional structural strength is achieved by the stainless steel plate that reinforces the adapter.
- With the help of As222 it is possible to install various accessories or their parts equipped with 27.7° side splines in BORIKA FASTen® mounting systems.
- A feature of this model is that the splines on it are located on both sides, which allows for assembling several accessories on one adapter.
- The pair of Dp230 adjusting washers allows for adjusting the tilt position in 7.5° increments.
- Comprises a D-ring shackle, which is convenient for attaching ropes and carabiners.
- The main parts (including the shackle) are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, which gives the structure strength and durability.

Tips on using & installation:
- The tilt joint and double-sided splines of the adapter allows for creating various assemblies: for example, connecting the anchor holder with a roller and an extender.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
