ARr004 - Reinforced Swivel-Tilt Anchor Roller (for anchors up to 20 kg) with a Guide Ring for Halyard
Technical details:
It is intended for lowering and hoisting anchors weighing up to 20 kg. The design consists of a cast body with 27.7° side splines, a free-rotating roller and a D-shaped guide ring, as well as an As222-1 reinforced male adapter with double-sided splines, shaped as a 12 pointed star, which is connected to the roller body by tilt joint with a set of Dp230 7.5° washers and an end washer. The tilt position is fixed using a M6*50 DIN 931 bolt and a hex knob with an inserted M6 DIN 934 nut. Fits for a halyard Ø up to 10 mm. The assembly also includes fasteners: two M6*55 DIN 912 screws, and two M6 DIN 985 self-locking nuts. The adapter is equipped with an O-ring. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners and a spring are made of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for an M6 DIN 934 brass nut).

- This is a reinforced model of the roller, designed for use with anchors weighing up to 20 kg. Its feature is an adapter reinforced with a steel plate, which allows the holder to easily withstand increased dynamic loads.
- It can be used both separately and in a pair with the holder equipped with a locking system (Al004), ensuring free sliding of the anchor halyard.
- The tilt design is convenient for use on inflatable boats: the roller holds the anchor overboard in such a way that the rope does not touch the surface of the inflatable cylinder during lowering and hoisting.
- The tilt position of the roller can be 180° adjustable in 7.5° increments.
- The roller rotates easily and fits for halyards with a diameter of up to 10 mm.
- The D-shaped guide ring allows for choosing and holding the necessary direction of the anchor rope, preventing it from slipping and tangling.
- The accessory can be fixed in any BORIKA FASTen® mounting system designed for high loads.

Tips on using & installation:
- The spline joint also allows for creating various assemblies: for example, connecting the roller with an anchor holder and an extender.
- To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
